I prefer meeting in person, to get a clear understanding of your Needs and Goals, which we turn into a Feature List to start our project from.
Every feature gets assigned an Estimated Time and/or Story Points, so we can together decide in what Order to develop the Features.
All Features are put in JIRA to have a central place we work from. This provides Process Information and Status Updates during development.
In Sprints, periods of 2 to 4 weeks, we Develop a subset of the Features. Results are published on our Staging Environment.
From our Staging Environment, you're allowed to Test and Verify the results. Results are published back to JIRA so we can adjust.
When our Staging Environment is Tested and Proven to be Stable, we Release to Production Environment. Then we plan our next Sprint or Finalise.
